National Heritage Insurance Company Awarded $59M

Customer Value Partners, a strategic CRM consulting and systems firm headquartered in Fairfax, VA announced today that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services had awarded a $59M, 5-year contract to the National Heritage Insurance Company for durable medical equipment claims processing in Jurisdiction A which includes 12 states in the Northeast. As one of 3 principal subcontractors, CVP will be responsible for quality assurance and process improvement activities relating to this contract.
